C) CONDITIONS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONTRACT, PLACE OF SERVICE AND TIME OF PROVISION OF SERVICES: The start of performance of the contract is possible by fulfilling these terms and completing the online/offline purchase. The services will be implemented within the Centre's opening hours and at times provided in the daily schedule (e.g. group schedules). Our company reserves the right, unjustifiably and without warning, to modify the opening hours as well as the daily schedule of both one of the courts and all the courts and programs. The services will be provided exclusively to you personally and to your connected persons through the family package and not to a third party. When using the Centre, you must respect the Centre's internal rules of operation (see section K) and which is presumably presumed to be unconditional. D) PRICE: The total price for the services provided with each subscription is described in detail. Acceptance of these terms implies acceptance of the price as fair, reasonable and proportionate to the services provided. The prices - offers will be valid only for the time shown on our website. For new members who want to subscribe to a program from the beginning, the subscription costs will be added to the registration fee, which is also explicitly stated in the same section of our website. The amount corresponding to the registration fee is paid once for each person or family or business - subscriber.
E) PAYMENT METHODS: The registration fee, as well as the membership and any additional service package, should be prepaid. Our Centre can offer 2-12 monthly instalments for payments via credit card. For cash transactions, full payment is required except were described in detail. The transaction process takes place as follows: The operation is safe, and at no stage, the customer's credit card details are disclosed to us or to any third party other than the top company authorised to process the online/offline) transactions of aegeantenniscentre.com All card payments are processed through EUROBANK e-Commerce electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. Encryption is a way to encode the information until it reaches its intended recipient, which will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. Customer debit card is charged once. The automatic charge of the card does not renew subscriptions upon expiration. If the consumer wishes to restore he can proceed with "the renewal subscription" procedure. The consumer will receive the relevant document (Proof of Service or Invoice) either on his first visit to the Centre, or by email together with the membership card and/or the access pin number, the Centre's operating rules and a copy of the service contract and a withdrawal form, which you can find here (click here). If the customer does not receive the relevant documents, he/she must complain in writing to our company within one month from the date of the purchase request through our website. Otherwise, he/she is presumed to have received the relevant documents
F) RIGHTS OF EXEMPTION: The consumer has the right to unsubscribe without notice from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the original agreement or acceptance of the terms in the online/offline purchase as described above. The consumer's right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned time limit, by simple letter or email (hello@aegeantenniscentre.com) to the Centre (the one chosen), provided that the registered letter or mail has been proven to be within fourteen (14) calendar days. After the withdrawal, the consumer is reimbursed. In the case of withdrawal, after fourteen (14) calendar days have elapsed from the day of receipt of the original contract or the acceptance of the terms in the online purchase, the reimbursement is calculated by withholding the banks's expenses and the amount corresponding to the running time of the contract as much as 25% of the value of the unprocessed program.
G) RIGHTS OF TERMINATION: The consumer is entitled, for a significant reason, at any time during the contract referred to in the preceding paragraph, to terminate the contract before the expiry of the agreed program. In this case, after deducting the remuneration of the co-operating bank "EUROBANK" from the remaining amount, the amount corresponding to the running time of the contract shall be withheld. The remaining amount will be reimbursed to the consumer after deduction, in accordance with the relevant legislation, of 25% of the value of this backlog.
H) TERMINATION: Our company has the right in the event of violation of its internal rules of operation (See section K) and in the event of a breach of any of the terms hereof, which are all considered essential, and in cases of force majeure, exceptional and unforeseeable circumstances, to denounce at any time unilaterally and unjustifiably this Convention.

J) SOLVING DISPUTES: To deal with any dispute arising from the present and the contract drawn up, the courts of Athens are competent. K) INTERNAL RULES OF OPERATIONS: • Registration at the Aegean Tennis Centre is only allowed for adults. The registration of minors, is possible only with the consent of the guardian or in person by a minor subject to the presentation of a duly signed declaration by the guardian on the registration of the minor as a member and the approval of the terms of this Regulation • Each member is required at the time of his enrollment to submit or upload through the website a medical certificate from a Cardiologist or Pathologist, certifying his / her fitness for physical activity. If the document is not provided within one month of activation of the subscription, the company reserves the right to refuse entry to the member until it is provided. A corresponding certificate should be provided every year • Upon registration, an e-mail with a personalised pin code is sent out to the registered member. In addition the member can ask for a personalised member card. The membership card or pin is strictly personal, not transferable. Ownership of the membership card or pin remains with the company and merely is granted to the registered member. The company may request the return of the membership card after the expiration or cancelation of its subscription. The card remains the same in case of renewal of the subscription. Members upon entering the Centre are required to display the membership card or key in the pin code and display it on the special access key at the entrance of the Centre. It is forbidden to enter the Centre of persons who do not have the member card or pin or who are not active. A member card re-issuance cost of eur 5.00 is applicable • When registering the member, it will be requested to be photographed by the host's staff as a necessary element to complete the identification of the data. The same procedure can be completed through the website • The behavior and presence of members in the Centre must always be decent • The use of the courts requires e-reservation via e-booking. Compliance with e-reservation terms is binding on all members. You can find the terms e-booking here below • Members should use all sports equipment and accessories (e.g. racquets, cannonball, etc.) and the training material of the Centre carefully and always on the advice of the coaches. The return of the equipment (rented rackets, cannonball etc.) to the intended position is mandatory for all members • Members are required to maintain the court in which they played and to deliver it in a perfect condition to the next players • The use of cabinets is allowed to members only at the time of their stay at the Centre, and it is expressly forbidden to keep them locked after their leave from the Centre. Upon completion of the daily operation, the Centre may, without prior notice, unlock and empty all locker rooms, excluding any responsibility for the loss of items • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the Centre except at the designated areas • It is strictly forbidden to use and sale of illegal substances within the Centre • It is strictly forbidden to sell food supplements within the Centre • It is not permitted to create noise in the clubhouse and the courts and to disturb the members • Members are responsible and have to take care of the hygiene of their bodies during their stay in the Centre and always change clothes after intense sweating • The use of sports clothes and sports tennis shoes is mandatory • Mobile phones are forbidden during group programs • It is expressly prohibited for members to provide competitive to the Centre's training services • The Centre is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings from locker rooms, or parking spaces • Members have the right to use the parking lot. The Centre is not responsible for any loss or accidents that may be caused • The Centre does not provide a safekeeping service of members' personal belongings • The Centre does not provide child care and safekeeping. Booking Rules: All members with time membership, Hire court (Pay & Play) service and Private lesson Service, are required to make use of the e-booking court booking system • There are no different booking time zones within the day like Daytime, Evenings and Week-ends • Members with memberships can book 1-hour court time every day. Hire a court (Pay and Play) and Private Lessons service holders, can book as many hours have purchased • Everybody can reserve courts up to 30 days in advance maximum and just before entering the court minimum • When booking a court after a scheduled team match, the completion of the team match has priority over your scheduled booking time. Member Responsibilities: You must cancel your session if you cannot use it. Bookings can be canceled up to 12 hours before court use. Penalties 1) for Players with time membership: Failure to cancel your session more than 3 times will result in an immediate seven day suspension. During this period you will not be able to log into the system and your name will not be available to be booked by the clubhouse or any other member 2) for Players with Hire Court (Pay & Play ) and Private Lesson service holders: The corresponding time cost will be debited to your account • Never book courts using another member's name - Members found contravening these rules will be penalized with a series of escalating suspensions. • Due to security reasons, guests are not allowed to use the courts.
